“No pain that we suffer, no trial that we experience is wasted. It ministers to our education, to the development of such
qualities as patience, faith, fortitude, and humility. All that we suffer and all we endure, especially when we endure it
patiently, builds up our characters, purifies our hearts and expands our souls, and makes us more tender and charitable,
more worthy to be called the children of God…and it is through sorrow and suffering, toil and tribulation, that we gain the
education that we come here to acquire and which will make us more like our Father and Mother in Heaven.” Orson F. Whitney
When we have a business setback or maybe a failed marriage it seems that all is lost and then one day we notice the sun is shining and
another door opens and we find love again. We may lose our job and then we are offered an amazing wonderful new opportunity.
One door closed and yet another door opened with the chance of a lifetime.
When we have a door close we have to move ahead in faith and with courage
knowing that there is something waiting for us up ahead.
In Joel Osteen’s book I Declare one of his declarations is “I DECLARE”
I have the grace I need today. I am full of power, strength, and determination.
Nothing I face will be too much for me. I will overcome every challenge, and come
through every difficulty better off than I was before. This is my declaration.
